If you follow me on social media, you probably already know I was in New York City a few weekends ago for a work conference. While most of my days were filled with the conference (which was amazing!!) I had a little bit of time in the evenings to explore/eat my way through NYC. I was super lucky to have my work friend/IRL friend with me to take on the big city and our first ever work conference.

On Saturday, we did some 5th Avenue shopping and went to both Tiffany & Co. and Kate Spade, which were both multiple stories of pure magic. For lunch we had Shake Shack and I can easily say it was one of the best burgers I’ve maybe ever had… Ever.

For dinner that evening, we went to the Beetle House, which is a Tim Burton themed restaurant. While the food was pretty meh, the atmosphere was amazing! They had a greeter dressed as Willy Wonka, the décor was on point, and all the menu items were Tim Burton puns! I had Cheshire Cat black ravioli for dinner and we split a Big Fish bowl as our cocktail.

The whole weekend was full of coffee, carbs, and cocktails and I wouldn’t want it any other way! I can’t wait to tell you all about where I go next!

Always Classy & Confused,

MGM
