As a part of my new year’s resolution, I am challenging myself to do a few more things for my overall well-being and one of those things includes more yoga! I have been doing a mini yoga flow every single morning for a few months now and while it does really help me stretch out in the mornings, I want to do a little bit more. I found this awesome 30 day yoga challenge online and am on day 3 today. I decided to start it before the 1st of the year because I never actually do things if I postpone the starting date. (I can be a very unmotivated person.)

I encourage you to join the challenge with me and start your new year off right! The videos are only 12ish minutes and none of the moves have been too challenging so far!

I also have started taking a Pure Barre class and have fallen absolutely in love with it! I did my second class this morning and will have a new blog post about it once I hit my 10th class.

    I’d love to do the 30-day yoga challenge. You should have a monthly series where you test out different monthly challenges and review them.
